This website provides a cosmetic update to our old site, as well as an increased set of features to help you find the property you’re searching for. In addition, it also provides an additional layer of security and speed over our old website, ensuring that working with us is faster and more secure than ever.

Here are some of the features new to our renovated site:
- Users can now see more detailed and accurate financing information on every listing’s page, as well as send a contact request to the Rose Acceptance property manager and realtor.
- Users can now go to the “Properties” tab to see a complete property list, where they can sort by price, state, city, bedrooms, and more. They can also use a search bar to pinpoint properties that match their specific desires.
- Our mailing list now allows users to delete their accounts right from the interface. In addition, it is easier than ever to subscribe or unsubscribe from counties. We’ve also added multiple layers of security to our mailing list, all in order to ensure that your information is secure.
- We’ve added an FAQ page so that people working with us for the first time, or who have questions during the purchasing process, can easily access answers or find where to send documents, without the expense of having to first contact us.
- We’ve added a main search bar on the front page to allow people to make specific queries of our current inventory, and sort through only those properties that match what they are looking for.
- We’ve added links to a number of our social media accounts. You can follow those in order to get the latest news on all things Rose Acceptance and REO. In addition, we’ve added this blog to allow for even more interaction between us and you.
